With over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, Ainhoa has experience in leadership roles in operations, continuous improvement and quality across multiple international locations in Europe, United States. She currently leads the Lilly manufacturing Site in Japan. Skilled in managing large teams and complex projects, Ainhoa has a passion for driving modernization while ensuring regulatory compliance. She has significant expertise in oral product manufacturing (Capsules, tablets, etc.) using diverse technologies, in Parenteral manufacturing operations (conventional aseptic, RABS and isolator technologies) with deep expertise in sterility assurance and visual inspection and in device assembly and packaging operations. In addition to commercial manufacturing activities, Ainhoa has experience supporting product development and new product commercialization. She holds a Master Degree in Pharmacy and is a EU Qualified Person.
