Alexander Kunz

Alexander Kunz is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in validation and IT processes. He started as a GLP auditor in the areas of multi-site, metabolism, and ecotoxicology, and over the years, he progressed into IT and validation as a team lead and most recently as Quality Strategy Lead for Computerized Systems in GLP/GCP/GVP at Merck Healthcare KGaA. In addition to his daily tasks, he is also involved in risk-based audit management, electronic signatures compliance, joint cloud provider qualifications, and establishing an artificial intelligence validation framework. As well, Alexander is process owner for Merck´s corporate e-signature tool. Throughout his career, Alexander has participated in numerous training seminars and workshops, enhancing his expertise in laboratory practices, computerized systems, and IT validation. Alexander is committed to maintaining high standards in quality assurance and has demonstrated his ability to lead teams and manage complex validation projects.
