Alma Montemayor

As the Director of Business Development for Flad Architects for seven years, Alma Montemayor leads strategic growth initiatives in the science & technology and academic markets in the southeast. In addition, she has been actively involved in the Carolina-South Atlantic (CaSA) chapter of ISPE for six years. As chapter president, Alma organized initiatives to streamline processes, enhance member engagement, and strengthen partnerships within the industry. In her current capacity as past president, she will continue to champion industry collaboration, advocate for best practices, and foster professional development among chapter members.
