Alyce Maksoud is a Senior GMP Inspector – Team Leader, Inspection Section within the Medical Devices & Product Quality, Manufacturing Quality Branch. Alyce has been with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) since 2005. Alyce has had over ten years’ experience in working in haematology, blood bank, immunology, microbiology, molecular and cellular therapy products both in manufacturing and quality management.
Alyce has extensive experience as a senior inspector covering all aspects of Human Blood and Blood Components and plasma fractionation, Human Tissues, Haematopoietic Progenitor cells (HPCs) and Cellular and Gene Therapy Product manufacture, including processing, quality management, quality assurance and quality control including infectious disease testing, for finished products and clinical trials for Biologicals both domestically and internationally.
