Anant Agrawal

Anant Agrawal is Head of AI at CIMCON Software, where he leads the product roadmap for AIValidator®, CIMCON's AI risk management and validation platform, and manages the company's Validation as a Service™ (VaaS™) offering. His work focuses on helping life sciences organizations navigate the practical and regulatory challenges of deploying AI in GxP environments — including compliant integrations of ML models, GenAI systems, and AI agents; GenAI risk mapping; AI policy development; and building governance structures that hold up under audit. As AI moves from pilots into production in regulated industries, Anant works directly with clients on what compliant deployment actually requires. Before CIMCON, he was a Product Manager at a Big Tech company in San Francisco, where he worked on machine learning systems serving millions of users — experience that grounds his approach to AI governance in how these systems behave in production, not just on paper. Anant holds dual degrees in Machine Learning/AI and Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a member of the ISPE Boston Chapter and serves on the ASQ Software Division AI Committee for 2026.
