Anthony Carter

Anthony Carter is Project Director, Capital Governance and Controls within the Global Engineering & Facilities organisation at Bristol Myers Squibb. Primarily based in Ireland, Anthony supports the global network and holds responsibility for managing the Capex portfolio. Anthony’s role requires him to partner with site engineering, finance, and key business leaders relating to strategic funding requests, CapEx Budget analysis and securing capital accuracy. Prior to joining Bristol Myers Squibb in 2015, Anthony held a number of key positions managing projects and departments at director level across industries and geographies - most recently in Shanghai, China. Anthony is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and a Board Member of Lean Construction Ireland. He is also an avid golfer and rugby fan. Anthony holds a BSc (Hons) Surveying Degree from Trinity College Dublin, and a Diploma in Construction Economics from the Technological University Dublin.
