Ashley Moore

As a seasoned QA Professional for Smithers Pharmaceutical Development Services, Ashley serves as the QA Representative for the company’s CSV/CSA program, helping ensure compliance readiness while positioning the organization to embrace emerging AI/ML technologies. Passionate about bridging the worlds of AI and regulatory frameworks, she is also pursuing her Master’s in Applied Artificial Intelligence at the University of San Diego’s Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering. Beyond her formal roles, Ashley is an active contributor to the professional community through the Society of Quality Assurance (SQA). She has delivered engaging talks on AI Ethics, Generative AI, and the future of compliance, where she blends her regulatory background with forward-looking perspectives on technology. She considers herself less of an “expert” and more of an exploratory learner, someone who embraces the fact that in the fast-moving world of AI, there is always more to discover and apply.
