Benjamin M. Beneski

Ben Beneski, Executive Director, Manufacturing Plant Manager,

As the Plant Manager, Ben is leading construction and startup of Allogene’s new CAR-T Cell Therapy Manufacturing site in Newark, CA. With over 20 years in the biotech industry, Ben has focused on scale-up, tech transfer, manufacturing and commercialization of protein therapeutics. His technical background is in process, equipment and facility design, implementation of data systems, and drug/device combination products. Prior to joining Allogene, Ben worked at Vir Biotechnology, Amgen, and Abbvie. He received a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and an MBA from Northeastern University.
