With 18 years of experience designing and delivering specialized talent programs, Brad has supported over 90% of Fortune 100 life science organizations, helping them scale innovation across R&D, clinical development, and commercial operations. Brad holds a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry from San Diego State University, where his graduate and industry work focused on oncology therapeutics. His scientific foundation, combined with nearly two decades of talent strategy leadership, enables him to bridge technical expertise with operational workforce needs across the drug development lifecycle. He brings deep experience across all major workforce models and is particularly recognized for his leadership in Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions spanning Capital Projects (CapEx), Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Biometrics, and Clinical Operations. Brad partners closely with global biopharmaceutical organizations to modernize how scientific and clinical work gets done—improving agility, cost efficiency, and access to specialized expertise.
