Brian Kelleher

Brian Kelleher is a Lead Process Architect at PM Group with a decade of experience delivering complex, large scale biopharmaceutical facilities across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. A registered architect (MRIAI) with advanced qualifications in biopharmaceutical processing, Brian specialises in the design of next generation manufacturing environments that integrate automation, robotics, and innovative facility concepts to enhance operability, flexibility, and GMP compliance. His work spans concept development through detailed design, with a particular focus on enabling functionally closed systems, modular and flexible facility platforms, and highly automated production and logistics solutions. Brian is an active contributor to industry innovation. He has presented on robotic automation in pharmaceutical facilities at the ISPE Industry 5.0 conference and contributes to the INVITE Bioforum research groups on secondary packaging automation, automated material airlocks, and buffer stock blending strategies. His current work continues to explore how automation enabled facility design can unlock new levels of efficiency, compliance, and future proofing for biopharma manufacturers.
