Cyril is the site head of Takeda’s Covington Manufacturing Facility, which produces human plasma-derived therapies for patients across the globe. He joined the Covington site in August 2022 after spending four years as Vice President, Head of Engineering and Validation for the Plasma Operating Unit, where he provided global support for seven of Takeda’s plasma manufacturing sites in Europe and the U.S., including Covington. Prior to joining Takeda, Cyril was Head of Global Engineering for Novartis’ Solids division, overseeing all solid fill finish plants across the globe. During his nearly two decades in the pharmaceutical industry, Cyril has also held roles at Patheon (part of ThermoFisher), Organon Pharmaceuticals (part of Merck), among others, in a variety of engineering, manufacturing, and continuous improvement roles.
