Dennis West

Dennis earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Most of his early career was with Pfizer Inc. in Terre Haute, Indiana, until the site closed in 2010. He then led Sterile Operations at JHP Pharmaceuticals in Rochester, Michigan for a few years, and then a decade leading operations and aseptic process engineering at Meridian Medical Technologies (currently Kindeva Drug Delivery) in St. Louis, Missouri, prior to taking his current role at INCOG Biopharma Services, in Fishers, Indiana, in 2025. Dennis is a technical troubleshooter, a collaboration facilitator, compliance focused, a hands-on visioning leader, and a perpetual educator. He has 40 years pharma industry experience; 32 years aseptic sterile operations; 10 years directing aseptic process engineering.
