Drew Zahradka

Drew Zahradka, PE, Fitwel Ambassador, is a Senior Project Manager at WB Engineers + Consultants, where he leads the planning, design, and delivery of complex building systems projects. Since beginning his career with WB in 2016, Drew has progressed from engineering intern to senior project manager, developing extensive experience in mechanical system design and delivery across a wide portfolio of projects. Known for his collaborative approach and strong communication skills, Drew works closely with clients to deliver solutions that balance technical excellence, operational performance, budget, and schedule objectives. He has a true understanding of the phrase “the client comes first” and is a master communicator. In addition to overseeing multidisciplinary project teams, he is passionate about mentoring engineers and fostering the next generation of industry leaders. Drew holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He is also a Fitwel Ambassador, reflecting his commitment to creating healthy and high-performing environments.
