Elaine Lowell

Elaine Lowell is an ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer. Elaine retired from Takeda Pharmaceuticals in August 2025 and is currently consulting for Kalleid. Elaine has over 20 years of experience in regulated systems and a drive to elevate quality standards. She believes that getting things right the first time enhances quality, cuts costs, and improves efficiency. Elaine has a strong track record in new application implementation and is dedicated to real-time quality metrics for continuous improvement. Her efforts have notably reduced defects and increased training compliance. Skilled in global communication, she has completed DE&I leadership training and excels in agile methodologies, supporting self-directed teams. Her career experience included the implementation of the Cell Therapy Manufacturing Facility at Takeda as well as working at Moderna as a Clinical Systems Engineer on the Emergency Use Authorization of the Covid-19 Vaccine in 2020.
