Federico De Felice

Fed started his career with Amgen in January 2017 as a Senior Project Controls Manager supporting the new MOF facility at our site in Singapore, where he managed Project Controls of construction contractors and vendors to drive the safe execution of projects. Following that assignment, Fed moved to AML in 2018 to lead the Project Controls Group and was subsequently promoted to the role of Director, leading the Capital Project Management team in AML. Most recently, Fed moved to Ohio in 2021 to take on the role as Executive Director, Capital Projects, leading the AOH site build.

Under Fed’s leadership, the AOH team showed tremendous agility and resilience to meet their commitments for this highly visible and schedule driven project. This agility, resilience and collaboration as a project team is a testament to Fed’s leadership and has helped to drive the culture across this new site.

Prior to Amgen, Fed gained broad business and leadership experience in the Aerospace and Oil & Gas sectors through his roles at GE, Lufthansa, KBR, Single Buoy Moorings and Jacobs on projects across the world. Fed holds a bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering from Kingston University in England.
