Garrett Goodwin

Senior Associate GRS AI & Automation Strategy, Pfizer

Garrett Goodwin graduated from Gettysburg College in 2021 with a double major in Political Science and Public Policy, where he helped drive academic innovation as Co-Chair of the Academic and Career Affairs Senate Committee. He later earned an M.S. in Commerce from UVA's McIntire School of Commerce and completed a Management of Artificial Intelligence Graduate Certificate from Stevens Institute of Technology. Garrett began his career in Clinical Transformation R&D at PwC before joining Pfizer through the inaugural Regulatory Rotational Program. He now focuses on advancing AI and automation within Pfizer Regulatory, where he co-authored Pfizer's position paper on AI in regulatory affairs, leads a 900-member Regulatory AI Community of Practice, and plays a key role in AI communication, experimentation and change management. He also built and led Pfizer's R&D AI Internship Initiative supporting 100+ interns and co-leads AI literacy training for all R&D executives, helping guide the organization's transition into an AI-enabled future.
