Motivated, innovative, agile, and collaborative executive leader in a top 10 Biotech / Pharmaceutical company with more than 15 years of experience, managing large manufacturing plants and multi-faceted global teams across manufacturing facilities in Asia, Europe and United States. I am passionate by digitalization/digitization and innovation, and firm believer there is more power in "we" than "I", making it a priority to build strong internal and external networks. I am considered a leader in operations, looking for short and long term strategy, improving the manufacturing capabilities to ensure on time product release. I am the President of the Belgium Biotech Industry, part of scientific advisory boards, as well as chaired and spoken at multiple international conferences and universities.
