Georg Frinke works as senior engineering manager for Ferring in Kiel. He is highly specialized in fill-finish-processes, with a focus on process engineering of lyophilization with 20 years of experience in fill-finish. 2001, he graduated at the technical university of cologne as a mechanical engineer (diesel combustion). Until 2012 he worked as a process engineer for manufacturers in R&D and process engineering for system suppliers. Overall, he was involved in various fill-finish projects worldwide, supporting cycle development, system design, qualification, techtransfer and validation of fill-finish systems.
Since April 2020 he holds the title as honorarium professor in the field of pharmaceutical engineering of the deMontfort University in Leicester.
