This live interactive forum will focus on Drug Shortage Prevention, a topic that remains critical for all of us as we strive to deliver high-quality products to patients promptly. It is a concern for regulators and everyone working in the pharmaceutical industry.

For many years, ISPE has engaged in various activities related to this issue and collaborated with regulators. During this session, we will have several presentations, including:

- An overview of what the Drug Shortage Initiative team is doing for the industry, including a disclosure of a new component of the Gaps Assessment Tool related to cultural excellence.

- An industry perspective on preventing drug shortages in our global landscape.

- A presentation on EMA activities and insights on the new EU Pharmaceutical Regulation Package.

Following the presentations, we will have approximately 30-45 minutes for open discussion with the speakers.
