Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Quality for Indianapolis Parenteral Manufacturing at Eli Lilly & Co., Graciela has consistently delivered value through transformational leadership, innovation, and a strong focus on quality and compliance. Her expertise spans GMP compliance, regulatory inspections, and cross-functional integration, with a proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives, supporting the delivery of innovative assets, and shaping organizational culture. Graciela holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico (RUM) and a master's degree (ME) in Engineering Management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
