Greg Chapman

Greg founded Chapman Architects in 2003 and brings 35 years of experience to delivering multi-disciplinary projects across multiple sectors. He works with national and international clients on new build and refurbishment projects and takes particular satisfaction in collaborating with teams to unlock a building’s maximum potential, integrating sustainable strategies while enhancing functionality, value, and long-term performance. With extensive experience of working with existing buildings, including Listed properties, in Conservation Areas, Greg approaches design with a focus on retaining and optimising inherent potential, while introducing sensitive, contemporary interventions that give buildings renewed purpose. He has developed strong relationships with planning authorities, where his clear, straightforward approach has secured numerous successful permissions. An enthusiastic and engaged designer, Greg is committed to ensuring the practice consistently exceeds client expectations in both design quality and project delivery.
