Gwendolyn Foster

Gwen Foster is an engineering and project management professional with over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. She has worked across a range of roles including automation engineering, CQV, and capital project delivery, supporting GMP manufacturing facilities from early design through commissioning and startup. Her experience spans both engineering and project leadership roles, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and execution in complex project environments. She has worked on large-scale capital programs as well as smaller, fast-paced projects, giving her a broad perspective on how facilities are designed, built, and brought into operation. Gwen holds degrees in Biology, Control Systems Engineering, and Project Management, and is currently completing an MBA. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Outside of work, she is an avid skier and mountaineer and spends much of her time in the Alps.
