Hanh-Uyen Nguyen is Head of Quality at Multiply Labs, a San Francisco-based physical AI company that designs and supplies GMP-capable robotic cluster systems for manufacturing advanced therapies. She leads all Quality and Regulatory functions as the company brings automated, GMP-ready manufacturing to biopharma partners. Hanh has spent two decades helping bring novel therapies to patients worldwide, with Quality, Compliance and Validation experience across biologics, pharmaceuticals and cell and gene therapies/ATMPs. She was previously Site Head of Quality at Minaris Advanced Therapies, leading GMP facilities supplying clinical and commercial cell and gene therapies globally, and held Quality leadership roles at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Orchard Therapeutics, and Boehringer Ingelheim. Hanh cares deeply about using automation and technology to shape the future of advanced therapy manufacturing and to widen access for patients with unmet medical needs
