Henning Austermann (Head of Engineering) has a degree in industrial engineering and general management. After university, he worked a couple of years as a project manager in the automotive industry until 2021 when he joined the CDMO Siegfried Hameln. Since then, he has been working as a Head of Engineering with a team of 32 technicians in areas such as: Energy Management, CapEx, SHE, Maintenance, Clean Utilities, facility Management.
Part of his responsibilities as energy manager is the successfully CO2 reduction at the Siegfried Hameln site.
