Henrik Baran

Henrik joined Boehringer Ingelheim in 2016 and has since held multiple roles across Biopharmaceutical Engineering & Technology and Corporate IT. Throughout his career, he has gained sound expertise in manufacturing technologies, engineering solutions, and global IT systems, with a focus on MES, IT/OT architecture, and global process management. In parallel, Henrik has continuously developed his leadership skills, enabling him to drive change, inspire collaboration, and deliver impactful results across diverse teams and functions. Currently, as the leader of the Digital Transformation Program for the Animal Health Global Supply business, Henrik drives innovation across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions. Passionate about driving innovation, he is dedicated to integrating digital technologies to create agile, data-driven, and connected operations. His leadership approach emphasizes breaking silos, fostering collaboration, and delivering practical solutions that elevate both innovation and compliance.
