Hugh Jarman

Hugh Jarman is Principal MSAT Scientist at Touchlight, where he is involved in scaling and commercialising the company’s synthetic DNA platform. He has experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on process validation and technology transfer. Hugh began his career at Eli Lilly, supporting biologics commercial readiness and launch, and later joined Lonza, where he focused on new product introduction. Hugh holds a BSc in Biotechnology with Management from Imperial College London and an MSc in Biochemical Engineering from University College London (UCL).
