Jakob Joachim

Jakob Joachim is a digital transformation leader and engineer with a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing. He has a proven track record of driving digital innovation at At F. Hoffmann-La Roche and serves as the Product Owner for the augmented operator platform, successfully deploying it across several manufacturing sites. He delivered significant value through the development and implementation of new applications on this platform. A true community builder, Jakob established and led a community of citizen developers and supported a large user base. Prior to this role, he was part of a selective leadership development program, gaining experience in various functions, including network analysis, digital analytics, and regulatory strategies. He holds degrees in mechanical and process engineering from ETH Zurich.
