Jaša Jeras is a Senior Engineering Project Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ljubljana and 15 years of leadership experience in biotechnology and biologics manufacturing. He has led key engineering functions across maintenance, site engineering, and project engineering, building a strong track record of delivering complex GMP biologics facilities on time and within budget. He currently leads the largest investment project in Sandoz — the establishment of a new large-scale biosimilar drug substance manufacturing facility in Lendava, Slovenia. Recognized for his hands-on and results-driven leadership style, Jaša combines strategic project oversight with deep technical expertise, ensuring reliable, compliant, and high-impact project delivery.
