Jasmin Rajak

Jasmin serves as a Global Sustainability Manager at Fluor, working within its Advanced Technology and Life Sciences Business Line. She brings extensive experience leading LEED certifications and sustainability initiatives across Fluor projects in the U.S. and internationally. Her portfolio includes managing LEED efforts for multi-billion-dollar life sciences facilities and spearheading sustainability efforts for semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, and data center projects. Notably, she led the first LEED v4 Platinum certification for an industrial manufacturing facility in the Western U.S. and has also served as a work package owner on various contracts. In her current role, Jasmin drives the development and implementation of strategies to streamline sustainability execution across projects. She is a LEED AP, a TRUE (Zero Waste) advisor, and a qualified attorney in South Africa with a Master’s in Environmental Law.
