Jeff Davis

Jeff Davis serves as VP and Site head of Foster City Manufacturing and ad-interim Head of Global Manufacturing Strategy & Operations for Gilead. His scope includes clinical API, OSD and biologics DS manufacturing commercial label and artwork management, serialization, manufacturing strategy, digital, and operational excellence. Prior to joining Gilead in 2025, Jeff spent over two decades at Genentech where he held a variety of roles across manufacturing, process development, and supply chain. Jeff is a Chemical Engineer by training, holding BS and MS degrees from Stanford University.
