Jennifer Jacob

Jen Jacob is the Director of the Compliance Operations team within the Bioprocess Clinical Manufacturing & Technology department at the West Point, PA site of Merck & Co. She received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Biotechnology from HES. Jen has over 10 years of experience in GMP manufacturing operations, and leads strategy in compliance for facilities, equipment, materials, and documentation linked to Ph I-III Clinical Manufacturing (vaccines, biologics, and therapeutics). She currently acts as the Business Lead for a BSL-2 Biologics Pilot Plant compliance upgrade project and leads a team of individuals in all activities related to bringing the facility back to GMP operations post construction.
