Jessica Mayne is the Director of Engineering at Eli Lilly’s Engineering Tech Center, based in Kinsale, Ireland. With over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and process engineering, Jessica is a recognized leader in digital transformation for biologics production.
She currently leads the Digital Process Design for Lilly’s Next Generation Biotech (NGB) facility in Limerick, a greenfield site that represents the company’s most advanced biologics drug substance manufacturing platform. Under her leadership, the facility has been designed as a Digital Native Plant, integrating manufacturing execution systems using a holistic process approach to deliver fully paperless, compliant and operationally efficient operations from Day 1.
