John is a leader of successful, complex projects in cGxP environments with a track record of success in first-of-kind projects, particularly at the nexus of process and automation delivering smart solutions and on-time startups. Accomplished in unit operations spanning biopharmaceutical, solid dosage, fill/finish and critical utilities and the automation of those operations and batch processes for major pharmaceutical manufacturers at locations in the US, Puerto Rico and Europe. Holder of ISPE’s Certified Pharmaceutical Industry Professional (CPIP™) credential, John also designed and led study groups for professionals seeking the CPIP™ credential. He has presented at previous ISPE Annual Meetings and won the Roger Sherwood Article of the Year Award for a piece in Pharmaceutical Engineering magazine. John is a Past President of the ISPE Boston Area Chapter and recipient of its Hank Moes Lifetime Achievement Award.
