Josh Lamb
Director of Operations, Life Sciences, ARCO Design/Build
Josh's background in construction centers on large-scale pharmaceutical projects. He provides oversight across planning, design, construction, and turnover, with responsibility for project operations, estimating, scheduling, and delivery integration. His facility experience spans pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, modular aseptic facilities, biologics facilities, pharmaceutical packaging, and cGMP distribution, cold-chain storage, and advanced logistics.
Josh brings the delivery and execution perspective to this session, drawing on what repeatedly separates projects that hold their schedule from those that don't: how early the end state is defined, whether sites are evaluated against real operational requirements, when equipment and vendors are engaged, and whether change is resolved in preconstruction or absorbed during construction. He is a member of ISPE, ASME, and NAIOP.
