Josselin Saunier heads the Center of Expertise for Product Robustness & Data Science in global MTS TechOps at Ferring, driving advancements in product robustness, manufacturing data science, CPV, and applied statistics across sites.
Drawing on experience at Sanofi and Patheon, Josselin joined Ferring as a QbD Project Manager and later established and led the solid and aseptic Pilot Plant, overseeing innovative manufacturing projects from design through IMP readiness.
He now also leads the TechOps Digital & AI group, uniting digitalization and AI initiatives to accelerate Pharma 4.0 adoption.
Educated as a Doctor of Pharmacy, he brings 15 years of expertise across manufacturing science, data science, and applied statistics to advance Pharma 4.0. He is the named inventor on two issued patents in continuous manufacturing of pharmaceutical compositions.
