Kat Stemmer is a senior facilities and operations executive with more than 20 years of experience supporting biotech and life-science organizations across R&D, manufacturing, and regulated environments. She currently serves as Senior Director of Facilities Management at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she leads large, multidisciplinary teams responsible for the operation and long-term evolution of a complex research campus.
Kat is known for guiding organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation—strengthening reliability, improving operational maturity, and aligning facilities strategy with scientific and business objectives.
