Kelly Perry leads the Process Excellence team at the Vertex Manufacturing Center. The Vertex Manufacturing Center is responsible for manufacturing development, clinical and commercial materials supporting the Vertex Pharmaceuticals pipeline. With a combined 20 years of experience implementing lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies in manufacturing environments in a variety of industries, the Process Excellence team is committed to taking these tools into Industry 4.0 by applying innovative technologies in automation and digital manufacturing.
