Kendrick Cox

Kendrick Cox is a global HR executive with over 25 years’ of comprehensive experience in business partnering, transformation, and change management. Kendrick brings strategic and operational expertise from multiple industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, and retail. Based in Chicago, Kendrick is the Vice President and Global People Director at Arcadis NV, a multinational design and consulting firm operating in 40 countries. Kendrick is responsible for leading the people strategy for the $1.6B global built environment division, supporting over 10,000 employees across 18 countries driving enterprise-wide initiatives across talent, diversity, and engagement. Before joining Arcadis, Kendrick was a senior HR leader at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he developed innovative people strategies for both domestic and international operations. Kendrick values purpose-driven organizations and inclusive, high-performing teams. Outside of work, Kendrick enjoys exploring Chicago and other cities photographing street art, a passion that has connected him with artists globally. Kendrick is also the past Board Chair for Urban Gateways, an arts education nonprofit based in Chicago.
