Kevin Batche is Vice President of Procurement & Logistics at IPS, leading enterprise-wide capital sourcing, supplier engagement, and logistics strategy across global life sciences projects. With over 30 years of industry experience, including more than 15 years at IPS, he oversees $500M+ in annual CapEx and manages a high-performing team of supply chain professionals. Kevin is a subject matter expert in supply chain risk, strategic sourcing, and multimodal logistics. He plays a key role in helping clients navigate the uncertainty of evolving conditions and supply chain disruptions, including international tariff challenges; offering mitigation strategies to reduce cost impacts, preserve schedules, and maintain compliance. He has also led IPS-wide procurement continuity efforts during global disruptions like the COVID-19 pandemic.
