Director of Business Development, Batavia Biosciences
Lineke Pelleboer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Research and Biotechnology and an Executive MBA with a specialization in change management. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, with expertise spanning R&D, Manufacturing, MS&T, Quality Control, and Engineering.
She founded and ran her own consultancy firm, advising over 30 organizations worldwide. With a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lineke has successfully led numerous high-impact optimization and change projects, making use of data analysis, always with a strong focus on driving operational excellence and fostering collaboration across teams and disciplines.
Lineke has been recognized for her commitment to creating inclusive workplaces, having won the Diversity and Inclusion Award at Johnson & Johnson.
Currently, she serves as Chair of the ISPE Netherlands Affiliate and is the initiator of the ISPE Women in Pharma (WIP) initiative in the Benelux. She was also chair of ISPE’s annual conference in Amsterdam. In addition, as a member of the Top X Platform for Ambitious Women in Life Sciences, she contributes to a mentoring network that empowers women across the industry through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and collaborative projects.
Lineke is now Director of Business Development at Batavia Biosciences, a leading CDMO, where she is dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with global clients.
