Dr. Lorenz Liesum PhD

Lorenz studied Chemistry and Mathematics and holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from ETH Zurich. He started his career in the pharmaceutical industry as an analytical scientist in pharmaceutical development at Novartis. Since more than 15 years he is working in the field of Process Analytical Technology and was involved in regulatory QbD filings. Lorenz is currently working for Roche Global MSAT and Engineering and is leading the capability team for Instant Release driving the implementation of new technologies and control strategies across the internal manufacturing network.
