Lori A Otto serves as the Sr. Director of AI Quality Assurance at Eli Lilly and Company, where she leads strategic initiatives to elevate the quality and compliance of AI systems across the enterprise. With a career rooted in Information Systems Quality, Lori has consistently championed innovation in regulated technology environments, particularly in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. Her expertise spans computer software assurance, mergers and acquisitions, and quality culture transformation. Lori is a Certified Computer Science Quality Engineer through the American Society of Quality (ASQ), a credential she has maintained since 2010. She has played a pivotal role in shaping internal training programs and technical standards, including co-authoring enterprise computer system quality assurance policies. Lori's academic contributions include designing graduate-level courses for Purdue University focused on computer software assurance, further demonstrating her commitment to knowledge sharing and professional development.
