Marelle is a holistic sustainability consultant with an engineering background and

expertise in sustainable building design as well as overarching sustainability guidelines and strategies.

Her experience largely focuses on third-party certifications, including LEED, WELL, and Fitwel (as well as

more niche ratings systems like Parksmart), embodied carbon analysis (Life Cycle Assessments, LCAs),

Net Zero analyses and certifications (Net Zero Energy, Net Zero Carbon), climate adaptation and climate

resiliency, and general advice and consulting services related to environmental sustainability and health

and wellness. Marelle has worked on projects in healthcare, science and technology, commercial, mixed-use,

and industrial sectors.
