Mark Piskadlo

Mark Piskadlo is the Vice President of Operations and Site Lead for the Summit, NJ campus at BMS. Since 2022, he is responsible for the Commercial production of Abecma and Breyanzi, two innovative autologous CAR-T treatments for different forms of blood cancer. Mark is an engaging leader with a passion for driving business transformation and helping patients. He has 25 years of industry experience with an extensive background in cGMP production of Medical Devices, Biologics, Vaccines and Cell Therapies. He joined BMS in 2019 as the head of Operational Excellence function within Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) organization. Prior to BMS, Mark was the head of Operations for the Laboratory Analytical Reagents Business Unit at ThermoFisher leading operations in North America and the UK. He led a significant business transformation as a site leader in NJ and was presented the ThermoFisher CEO Award in 2017. Mark also held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Roche and Sanofi Pasteur in Manufacturing, QA, QC and Operational Excellence. Mark has a BS in Biology and an MBA in Operations Management from NJIT and Rutgers University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a Lean Practitioner.
