Matt Hoover is a Project Director with CRB and has 26 years of construction experience in the life science industries and 21 years in biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Matt led the GSK Project as Project Director with the final 15 months of the project being on site full time. Matt was responsible to help create the dynamic and interactive team interaction to ensure that the unique QRM approach was able to be applied in every stage of the project.
