Max Harboe Nielsen

Max is currently the heading up the central design and engineering team in a multi billion dollar CAPEX programme spanning US, China, Brazil, France and Italy for Novo Nordisk. Key focus for the current programme is a “design once” philosophy enabling significant benefits though both design, construction, CQV phase as we as for the operational phase where the aspiration is to achieve a “Fleet” of manufacturing sites across the globe. Max has a background in project and programme delivery across pharma, as well as other industries, with a well established ability to deliver projects and programmes through shopfloor presence and engaging leadership principles, with a strong focus on delivering true and lasting value for the customer.
