Meylin Struth-Martínez is a Colombian Chemical Engineer with a postgraduate degree in Environment and Local Development. Currently serving as Senior QA for Global Digital Quality, Meylin brings over one and a half decades of experience in quality control, air quality, and laboratory operations. Since joining the pharmaceutical industry in 2015, Meylin has supported the implementation of global computer systems in more than 10 countries, with a strong focus on data integrity, compliance, and sustainable innovation. Her career began in a local organization, progressed through regional quality roles, and now continues globally from Germany, where she contributes to shaping innovating quality strategies. Meylin is passionate about leveraging digital transformation to enhance quality and GxP systems and operational efficiency, while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability and ethical responsibility. Beyond the professional sphere, Meylin is a devoted dog lover and actively supports animal shelters in Colombia.
