Mike Kelliher

Mike is an Executive Director of Cell Therapy Operations and Value Stream Leader for a BMS product manufactured in their Summit, NJ USA facility. His Value Stream Organization includes approximately 500 personnel spread across manufacturing operations, performance management, scheduling and planning, and technical services. Mike has over 25 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and health care industries. A significant portion of his career was spent at Sanofi Genzyme in Ridgefield, NJ in various roles of increasing responsibility within Quality, Manufacturing, and Capital Project Management. Mike has had past Head of Operations/GM experience, including leading a start-up regenerative medicine company into clinical-stage approval becoming the first to implant 3D printed living tissues in patients. He also had formed his own consulting company that provided Biopharmaceutical CMC / Operations guidance to start-up, clinical, and commercial firms. Mike started his career at Abbott Labs in Chicago and has prior consulting experience at Schering-Plough (PR), Elan (GA), and Novartis (NY).

Mike holds a BS degree in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from NYU with specializations in Corporate Finance, Strategy, and Leadership. He is a past President and served in multiple other roles for the ISPE NJ Chapter.
