Nadia Williams

Nadia Williams is an experienced leader in pharmaceutical IT compliance, currently heading the IT Compliance Solutions team at UCB. She leads a global team of IT Compliance Leads, managing Computerized System Validation (CSV) across all UCB sites. Under her leadership, the group has undergone a transformation in its CSV methodology, including the introduction of Digital Validation and the implementation of a CSV Managed Service model that streamlined compliance operations, enhance agility, reduce validation cycle times, and improve audit readiness across the enterprise. With a strong background in pharmacovigilance, IT quality assurance, and regulated systems, Nadia has held several strategic roles at UCB, consistently driving innovation and operational excellence. Her work continues to shape the future of digital compliance in the life sciences industry.
