Omar Malik is an Associate Mechanical Team Leader with CFR Engineering and has 14 years of experience in the industry. He has designed and managed a wide range of projects including specialized labs, vivaria, cGMP manufacturing, pharmaceutical, cleanroom and healthcare facilities.
He was the MEP Project Manager on this project, the Roy Blunt Center for Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Research and is currently leading CFR’s NIH Sector, which includes projects at the Bethesda, MD campus, Research Triangle Park, NC, and Rocky Mountain Laboratories, MT.
Omar graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer, certified plumbing designer, as well as a certified Healthcare Certified Design Professional.
